The Star of David ("David's shield" or "Magen David") follows the Jewish nation for hundreds of centuries. It was chosen to be the main symbol of Israel and is proudly decorating the Israeli flag. The symbol itself is made of 2 triangles opposite each other. It reflects stability, strength, power and security.
Limor Yaron, a contemporary product designer from Israel, is combining the "Star of David" in her work. For example: a napkins holder, a business cards holder, a tea-light candle holder, a trivet for hot pots, Matzo's plates and more.
